Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Coffees ship out on Monday mornings fortnightly. Generally 95% of our customers receive there order by Wednesday. But sometimes it takes a few days extra.

Most customers experience receiving their order on the same day consistently long term. If you want to know when the next delivery date is, check the 'DROPS' page & add 1 fortnight to the latest drop.

My order says it's arrived but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?

Every now and then an order gets lost. Let us know by using our contact form. We'll follow up with the courier & send out a replacement order ASAP if nessecary.

My order arrived but its damaged. What can I do?

Firstly, sorry that this happened! This is not up to our standards. Let us know through out contact form & we will refund your order & send out a replacement ASAP.

Account Management

I clicked manage my subscription but it told me I need an account. What should I do?

You may have created an account when you first subscribed. If you didn't click on log in -> create account & use the email you entered when you first subscribed. Once you've done that you will be able to modify many aspects of your order.

How do I change my delivery address?

Once you've logged in. Click on 'Manage subscription' followed by 'See more details' on the subscription you want to manage.

On this page you can modify many aspects of you subscription. To change the delivery address, scroll down to 'Address & Shipping information' and click 'edit'.

How do I skip an order?

Once you've logged in. Click on 'Manage subscription' followed by 'See more details' on the subscription you want to manage.

On this page you can modify many aspects of you subscription. To skip an order, scroll down to 'Manage upcoming deliveries' and click to expand. This will show you upcoming deliveries. Press 'skip shipment' next to the order you would like to skip and you're all done!

How do I pause my subscription?

Once you've logged in. Click on 'Manage subscription' followed by 'See more details' on the subscription you want to manage.

On this page you can modify many aspects of you subscription. To pause your subscription. Press 'Pause future payments'. Located at the top of the page next to 'Next order'. This will pause your subscription until you restart it by pressing the same button.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you've logged in. Click on 'Manage subscription' followed by 'See more details' on the subscription you want to manage.

On this page you can modify many aspects of you subscription. To cancel your subscription, scroll down to 'Cancel Subscription & click to open. Press the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

I want to modify my subscription type or size. How do I do this?

Once you've logged in. Click on 'Manage subscription' followed by 'See more details' on the subscription you want to manage.

On this page you can modify many aspects of you subscription. To change the subscription type, scroll down to 'Products in my subscription'. From here you can change you subscription to any other available subscription.

I want to change my delivery frequency. How can I do this?

Once you've logged in. Click on 'Manage subscription' followed by 'See more details' on the subscription you want to manage.

On this page you can modify many aspects of you subscription. To change the delivery frequency click on 'Change frequency'.
