"Don Alejandro’s El Pozo farm, situated at 1,200 meters in the heart of Veracruz, is a testament to his dedication to traditional, sustainable farming. With a blend of Bourbon, Marsellesa, Catimor, Costa Rica, and Typica varieties, Alejandro’s meticulous, chemical-free practices shine through.This washed lot undergoes an 84-hour anaerobic fermentation of whole cherries, followed by an additional 25-hour fermentation in parchment. After washing, the coffee is dried slowly over 117 hours, culminating in a final 77 hours of mechanical drying. The result is a clean, complex cup with bright citrus acidity, floral undertones, and a silky body, revealing the care and expertise Alejandro brings to every harvest."

"Grown by Huver and his family on their stunning El Paseo farm, nestled between 1,750–1,950 meters in Nariño’s lush Buesaco valley, Rocket Flower is a remarkable coffee with a unique flavor profile. After meticulously selecting ripe Caturra cherries, the coffee undergoes a 36-hour pre-fermentation followed by a precise anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, enhancing its complex floral and citrus notes. Expect vibrant aromas of coffee blossom, lemongrass, and orange, balanced by refreshing citrus acidity and rich cocoa undertones. A delicate yet impactful cup, Rocket Flower is a true testament to Huver's careful attention to detail and his family’s long-standing coffee heritage."
