With a lighter mouthfeel and lower acidity, this blend rings a smooth caramel body together with a balanced and delicate acidity to create a stunning, well balanced coffee. Suited for both black and white applications, with a view to versatility between brew techniques, this is sure to be a favourite.. for any season!"

With the natural dried apricot notes from the excellent Nuevo Oriente out of Guatemala bringing the sweetness and punchy fruit notes and the full, rich chocolate body of a washed Honduran coffee, you can expect everyone's favourite treat, a choc coated apricot. Perfectly sweet with milk and deliciously decadent as a black coffee, this is one for any occasion.. you might even say that it's for Easy Days!"

Nelson Rodriguez - Colombia
"With the family farms hailing from the hills of Pensil, Nelson and his sisters are second generation farmers, in charge of the overall production of these special lots.Â
With a focus on organic horticulture, they provide all their own crops with on farm produced fertilisers, ensuring the best quality and health of the crops they tend to.Â
This incredible bean has been harvested from lot 507, grown at 1780masl.
After picking, the crops are placed into wooden barrels where they are left for up to 36 hours before being pulped, washed and returned to the same barrels to further ferment. They are then dried on open beds under shade and finally placed in grain pro bags. This process ensures the highest quality and the optimum humidity for their prized beans."
